What if my package says delivered but never arrived or gets lost?

The best thing to do in this scenario is to use the tracking number to contact the mail carrier service directly. They should be able to provide more concrete information about where and when your package was delivered or open up a trace to help locate it if the package is lost.

It’s important to note that all mail carrier service providers have been experiencing delays due to COVID. There have been several instances when a package reads as delivered, but does not actually arrive until a day or two later. We still recommend reaching out to your local carrier for assistance, but also understand that they are doing the best they can.

If the mail carrier is unable to locate your package, you can reach out to us at [email protected] with the understanding that once we hand the package off to the mail carrier, we can only see the same that you do from the tracking number and are unable to provide any more information than that!
