What if I am missing an item/items from my order?

We hope you’ll excuse the human error! Please reach out to [email protected] with your order number, details, and any photos you can provide to help us resolve the issue and get you taken care of. 

It is important to note that some of our items are drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. These items will not arrive with the rest of your order, but you should still receive confirmation and tracking information when they are on the way. These items include, but are not limited to, posters, phone cases, and mugs. They are also marked as drop-ship items in their descriptions.
